The idea for the Career Calibrator Canvas was born from the materials of my book “Get Shortlisted Land the Job” and my love of strategy tools like the Business Model Canvas and the Market Opportunity Navigator. I used these for years in my marketing and product work as hey helped me see complexity on one page, connect dots, and make better decisions faster.
